And do, like, three songs or something,’ and he said, ‘No, I’ll either do the whole thing or I’m not doing any of it.’ And so, fair enough. And so we proceeded to the end, and that’s it.’
When asked about Ozzy Osbourne’s recent statement expressing his desire to reunite the original band, including Ward, for one final show, Butler responded: “Yeah. When host Eddie Trunk pointed out that Geezer wrote in his autobiography “Into the Void: From Birth to Black Sabbath – and Beyond” that he had not spoken to Ozzy in years, Butler revealed that he had since become friends with Osbourne.
