“Dance Moms” alum Kristi Lukasiak was arrested on DUI charges after crashing into a tree last month.
According to criminal documents obtained by Page Six, the reality TV star was booked by the Murrysville Police Department for the incident that occurred in Westmoreland County, Penn., on June 27.
Lukasiak is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Aug. 13, the filing said.
Lukasiak, 47, was driving when she crashed into a tree, leaving a telephone pole hanging over her car, TMZ reports.
Officers at the scene reportedly described Lukasiak as covered in blood, glassy-eyed and speaking in slurred speech. The outlet also reports that, according to the police report, a policeman smelled alcohol on Lukasiak’s breath.
The Lifetime star reportedly admitted that she drank two glasses of wine before getting into the driver’s seat.
She agreed to undergo a preliminary breath test, which reportedly came back positive.
Lukasiak was also asked to perform a field sobriety test, leading law enforcement to determine that she was not able to safely drive a vehicle in her state, the website reports.
