Justice Gretchen Walsh sits in the Commercial Division, Environmental Claims Part (“ECP”) of the Ninth Judicial District, and a civil trial part of the New York State Supreme Court, Westchester County. In addition to his civil duties, Justice Walsh also serves on the Supreme Court, Appellate Tenure, 9th and 10th Judicial Districts, since his appointment in 2022.
