Lily Collins made a maroon affair for back-to-back appearances on “Good Morning America” and “The View” on Monday in New York. The actress stopped by both morning shows to discuss season four, part two of her Netflix series “Emily in Paris.”
On “GMA,” Collins wore an alligator print Nina Ricci set featuring a long-sleeve crop top and ruffled pencil skirt — both from the label’s Fall 2024 collection. She later changed into a suit of the same line, featuring an oversized blazer with peak lapels and pleated trousers.
According to WWD’s Joel Diedrich, creative director Harris Reed’s latest presentation is “feminine-like, though his versions skewed more ’80s than ’50s — a plum hourglass coat with a matching pillbox hat, or Think a polka-dot dress with leg-off mutton sleeves, topped with her signature black saucer hat.
On “GMA”, Collins officially announced that “Emily in Paris” will have a fifth season.
“We all just figured it out on our own, so it’s all new to everyone,” Collins said of the renovation.
The second part of season four, which is streaming now, sees the “Emily in Paris” crew traveling to Rome.
Collins added, “I’m really hoping that for season five we’ll get a chance to explore Italy more.” “We had the best time. The whole cast felt like Emily did in season one, running around the city wide-eyed and everything was so exciting.
The actress also discussed having French First Lady Brigitte Macron as a guest star. The former teacher makes a cameo in season four, part two.
“It was a huge honor,” Collins said. “[Macron] really loved the show and really wanted to be a part of it…She improvised, and her improv made it into the show.”

Her first outfit was a burgundy croc-effect skirt suit that showed off her impressive abs, paired with a long-sleeve crop top and a ruched pencil skirt in the same sultry print. To complete the look, she wore a pointy, wine-colored pair of Saint Laurent Calista ankle-strap slingback heels.
